Man seen on camera while abusing his puppy and Officials ask for help to identify him

The video of man that was seen abusing his puppy is captured by the multiple ring doorbell camera. So the officials are searching for him and seeking for public’s help in identifying the man.

Humane Rescue Alliance said that the incident happened on Monday at 6:30am March 28 in Southeast D.C. The lawbreaker was walking with his dog near Pomeroy and Sheridan road when the dog suddenly stopped walking.

A lot of people near in the area of the incident heard the dog’s cries and that’s the reason why they checked their ring camera security footage and they saw the man grabbed the dog and slammed it to the ground. And that’s not enough for him, after he slammed it to the ground he also kick the dog and drag it. What a terrible incident!

After a video of the incident was posted on Ring’s Neighbors Platform, it immediately gained a lot of attention from officials and in public.

Netizens didn’t understand why other people could be so cruel to a dog, if they don’t want to take care of them at least don’t hurt them because at the first place they didn’t tell you to take care of them.

The author named Don Winslow has $20,000 reward just to know the information of the man so the police will arrest him.

Public member also wants to help, it partnered with the Humane Rescue Alliance and add an additional $2,500 so the total reward is $22,500 for someone who can give information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the man in the video.

While the officers are still working on the case, a lot of people also submitted their own multiple ring doorbell camera footage to identify the man and hopefully get the dog to a safe place.
