18-Year-Old Cat Best Friends Need New Home — Together

Benny and Mo became best friends because they live together for the most of their life. Benny is seventeen years old and Mo is eighteen years old and they had an amazing and happy life together with their companion. Until one day their lovely owner passed away and they left in the care of the RSPCA.

So the best friends are looking for a new home together because after many years that they’re together, they can’t be separated now. They can’t live without each other.

When the RSPCA took them, they were so nervous and sad. They can’t do anything because their companion died and no one will take care of them and all of the change was a bit too much for them to handle. But they can adjust in the shelter as long as they have each other to lean on.

Sue James is one of the Supervisor of RSPCA Blackberry Farm Animal Center, he said that Benny is very lovely and hard to please and Mo really like being brushed and messy. They also seen Benny changes a lot since their owner passed away, it looks scary but they think it’s looking forward to a new perfect home to relax in.

Sad to say that Benny and Mo have been at the shelter for almost four months and no show their interest to adopt them.

The best friends may look older but they are still sweet, playful and active. They lost their family this year but it’s going to be okay, they will surely find a new family and home that will show them a love and care.

Sue James said, “In human years these friendly cats would be in their 80’s but despite their senior years, they are still very bright and graceful.”

These cats would do their best in a home where they are the only pets. They can live with teens, or older children. They love to go outside every day, but most of the time they are behave and quite while they are still settling in a new home, after that they will live out their whole life in peace and they will make sure they’re still together.

It’s really hard to be separated specially to the one who live your whole life with and have a lot of happy memories. I hope that Benny and Mo will live happy again even though they don’t have owners. But as long as they stay together and love each other I think that will be the happiest thing.
